Return Eligibility

We believe in our high-end dog products. At the same time, every dog is different. A toy may not match their chewing style, a jacket may not offer the perfect fit, or a bed or mat may not align with their comfort preferences. That's completely okay.

You may return a product in its original and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • The item is in original condition with tags attached
  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used beds, mats, or jackets
  • Toys that have been used, chewed, or damaged
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us right away and we'll make it right fast.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size (jackets or beds)
  • Manufacturing defects

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Pooch & Whiskers is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
